Blog of bushmills

need some advise, i have been doing a cycle of deca/sust for about 5 weeks now. i have noticed tenderness and lump under my left nipple. it doesn’t appear bad but i’m sure it is the beginning of gyno. any suggestions on what to take before it gets out of hand?
